Go to Canada without IELTS for Pakistanis
There are many colleges in Canada which are offering English Language courses, but if you are going to apply to a college in Canada for studying in Canada there are no chances of getting the visa. The reason is that Canadians do not trust Pakistanis and they know all the Pakistanis which are coming for studying are actually intending to settle down in Canada and this is something they do not want.
